Kamal Ud-Din Isfahani (1172-1237), a Persian poet who dedicated his Diwan to the praise of Persian kings and Ulma. The present work is based on the study of the whole corpus of Kamal’s panegyrical odes. This is the first time ever poems from this leading poet are translated into Western language. A representative sample over 900 Bayts, including four complete Qasidas, are published with commentary.
